Information about applications reviewed by the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment and Planning Board can be found here. Application types include:

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

• Administrative Appeal
• Special Use Permits (Quasi-Judicial)
• Variances (Quasi-Judicial)

PLANNING BOARD

• Map Amendments (Rezonings) (Legislative)
• Text Amendments (Legislative)

To view detailed information about an application, click on the Project name in the list or on the map icon to visit the project’s page.
